Fat Loss 4 Idiots Reviews – Is It Scam
Fat Loss 4 Idiots Reviews: Shed Unwanted Fat Fast!
It is basic common sense — we find it difficult to follow a diet program that we cannot comprehend. Some programs bombard us with complicated principles related to food and nutrition that we cannot make heads or heels of. Others expect us to stay within set limits of calories that are just too paltry that they make failure a certainty. For how can we stay on starvation mode for a reasonable amount of time?
The Diet Handbook and Beyond Calories are the essentials of the Fat Loss 4 Idiots program. The title, if not taken in a tongue-in-cheek fashion, actually does it a grave injustice. The program seems to regard its followers as mature people. It explains the whys and wherefores of its diets in a reasonable, logical way, free from the complicated, pseudo-medical, try-to-impress language that seems to be the route that most diet books take. The program simply aims to explain clearly why the diets are effective.

The diets that the two books offer are dissimilar. They are intended to achieve unlike results. However, both books are founded on the same basic principles.
• The foods that we take at each meal are digested right after the meal…not at the end of the day, not at the stroke of midnight, but immediately after.
• Calories from the different food groups are different from each other; we must make sure that we take judicious amounts from each group every single day.
• Work-outs alone are not enough to bring us closer to our ideal weight. The Diet Handbook declares that though we may have firm abdominal muscles from doing sit-ups, what everyone notices are the unattractive fat that enrobes them.
Fat Loss 4 Idiots claims that you will see a difference immediately…in a matter of eight to twelve days. The Diet Handbook says that we should eat at least four times a day. Food should be from both the carbohydrate and protein food groups. Beyond Calories, on the other hand, says that we should eat six times a day, with each meal amounting to only about half the portion of a typical meal. Fat Loss 4 Idiots could not care less about keeping track of calories. What it maintains is the importance of taking it slow and easy when eating, and stopping when you are “almost full,” not when you are satiated.
Fat Loss 4 Idiots espouses basically the same principles of nutrition that our mothers taught us. It says that, like almost all of us now know by heart, “starchy food like rice, potatoes, and pasta are calorie-dense and easily lead to putting on weight.” Some ideas are novel. A case in point – “Salads aren’t low-calorie.” But we get the point when they go specific and say that most of the stuff that is in the salad, aside from the usual veggies, can hike up its calorie count by a mile…stuff like bacon, mayonnaise, buttered croutons, rich cheeses and the like.
It seems futile to lose weight, only to gain it all back when we go off the diet that has brought us success. Aware of this truth, Fat Loss 4 Idiots goes on to post advice on how to keep unwanted pounds off once the ideal weight has been attained.
On top of it all, Fat Loss 4 Idiots does not require us to make the supreme sacrifice of giving up altogether all the food that we so enjoy. It leads us to weight loss in a painless and mature way then helps us stay in our desired weight without the deprivation and unhappiness that many other diets seem to promote. All dieters who have continually met with failure from diets that seem to ask for the impossible are likely to find their salvation in this program.
