7 Minute Muscle Program Review

“C’mon…that has been said a thousand times before. So I can acquire immense muscles and flat abs in a little more than 5 minutes a day…?! Tell that to somebody else…”

This was exactly what was on my mind when I found out about Jon Benson’s 7 Minute Muscle program. I decided to get the program only because it was by Jon Benson, and you know what his name means in the industry. I was curious about what exactly his followers were doing in the touted seven “magical” minutes.

Well, not unlike the Turbulence Training (although the emphasis is not on burning fat, but on streamlining and beefing up the physique), the 7 Minute Muscle program is structured around short, intense, dynamic exercises. Jon gives a sketch of his program in an eBook. He has a detailed instructional video for every specific set of muscles that you want to focus on.

When I purchased nine of the most effective muscle-building programs from the internet, I wanted to do exactly that…build muscles! But I purchased this particular program of Jon’s two months after I made the resolution to achieve the physique I have long dreamed of.

And this is what I can say…Jon has a strong cache of one-of-a-kind data and interesting videos to support his exercise program…BUT…

This is the catch… I hesitate to propose that you get this system ONLY, except if your schedule is so demanding that you cannot put in a few hours in the gym.

I tried to build in Jon’s program into my own exercise set-up and I can say that his methods are effective in enhancing my personal routine. It served to intensify my exercises, upped my cardiovascular level, and helped me achieve my goals faster!

7 Minute Muscle Pros:

The following are the most obvious assets of this program:

• T.I.M.E. – f you want speed, this is the program for you.

• Can easily be incorporated into your personal exercise routine

• Intense and dynamic exercises (you can focus on separate muscles groups but you can incorporate all the exercises in one whole program

• Detailed, simple instructional videos

By and large, the 7 Minute Muscle is excellent although it does have its areas for improvement.

7 Minute Muscle Cons:

Frankly, I expected a lot more from this program. Jon focuses on short, dynamic, high-intensity exercises, something that I have already learned from Turbulence Training. Jon simply made specific modifications to change the focus from high-intensity aerobic exercises to lose fat, to weights training exercises to build muscles.

Moreover, I really wanted a muscled physique, with humongous strong arms like Jon’s. However, many of the videos were developed with females in mind. Not that this is a bad thing… do not get me wrong. But, being the man that I am, I am not really interested in a tight butt and fantastic thighs…you know what I mean?

If you are female, you might find this particular program very useful if you want a streamlined physique, especially if you are hard-pressed to visit the gym. Go over my Turbulence Training review also. That might prove really effective for you, too.

All that said, I am really pleased to have been able to incorporate Jon’s 7 Minute Muscle into my personal work-out routine too.

About Jon Benson

Jon Benson is an average person, not much different from all of us. He used to be HUGE; however, he managed to lose a whopping SIXTY FIVE POUNDS of fat, and NOT gain them back.

From there, he went on to be a personal trainer, a professional in the health and fitness field.

At present, he wants to reach out to and help more people by sharing his expertise and his clients’ fitness success stories through exercise routines that many have found effective.

And, oh yes, he IS powerfully muscled…no second thought about it!

Outcome From The Use Of Jon’s System:

I bought Jon’s 7 MINUTE MUSCLE a bit late. I was already using Vince DelMonte’s No Nonsense Muscle for more than a month then. By then, I already had a set work-out routine. I was just curious about what Jon had to offer by way of his 7 Minute Muscle program.

To be frank, I decided not to use Jon’s program as is. But I did learn quite a few things from his program which I utilized in my own program. These add-ons seem to enhance my own program. The dynamic exercises I incorporated from Jon’s program beefed up the intensity level by more than just a notch; I was able to get results faster.

Some of the things in his videos were not exactly new to me. I have already encountered them in Muscle Gain Truth and No Nonsense Muscle Building. It is to Jon’s credit, though, that his videos are simple and easy to understand.

I was initially disbelieving when I logged on to 7MinuteMuscle.com because of the “seven minutes” thing. But the good things I heard about Jon’s program prodded me to try it out.

Conclusion:

In general, my experience with Jon’s program is alright. It gave me some fast routines to incorporate to my already existing exercise program which served to enhance results, especially with specific body areas that I wanted to concentrate on. Sometimes, when my schedule does not permit me to do a full exercise routine, I simply make-do with the short but intense exercises that Jon pushes.

Important Note:

On hectic days, or when you simply prefer to do cardiovascular exercises, Jon’s program may be worthwhile to do. Moreover, if you are dreaming of six-pack abs, (I think Jon did this, if his abs are anything to go by!), you can get Mike Geary’s book “Truth About Abs” for just $19.95, together with the “7 Minute Muscle System.” I frankly enjoyed the eBook just as I did the program, so you get your money’s value by getting the upgrade.
