Company Outing 2009

My day started earlier than usual yesterday when I woke up by 2:30 am. I got out of the bed early because I haven’t fixed my things yet for our company outing. I had to go out of the house early because our scheduled call time was 5:30 am. I did everything fast – from fixing my things, eating breakfast, and taking a bath. I went out of the house at around 4:45 am. My travel was fast that I managed to be in the office by 5:30 am.
I was actually disappointed that the scheduled 5:30 am call time wasn’t followed. Actually I was expecting that we will leave Makati later than the scheduled time. We left Makati few minutes after 7 am. There was a little heavy traffic going to Laguna that’s why we arrived in Royal Palm Leisure Park & Resort few minutes after 9 am. The weather was actually fine when we arrived there though the expected rain fell in the afternoon. But still, we enjoyed swimming.
We enjoyed our meals because the foods were delicious and more than enough. We held our activities in the afternoon where we had several games. It was actually fun and somehow a form of “team building”.
We went back swimming again and ate our merienda as the first batch of those who want to go home went back to Manila at 5:30 pm, and the second batch (where I joined) at 8:30 pm. We arrived in the office at around 11pm.
I actually enjoyed our outing… it’s actually a wonderful experience. I felt all my tiredness when I arrived at home.
