End Of Chapter 1 Of 2009

I am really amazed how the month of January passed by so fast. It seems like only few days ago when we celebrated New Year’s day.

I can say that the first month of 2009 had already brought some changes (big and small, positive and negative) in my life. I consider that a chapter is about to end this year because:

1. One of my sister is leaving the country tonight. Of course, I do feel sad because she has to leave the country, but I want to look at it on a positive side… There are more and better job opportunities she can get there, and my dad is also there, so it lessens my worries.

2. Our systems administrator (technically speaking, my team mate in the MIS department) has resigned from work. I didn’t expect it actually. But I do feel happy for him because I know there are better opportunities ahead of him. What I mean is, moving to a new environment is an opportunity to learn new things.

There were also some unexpected “twists and turns” as the month comes to an end… some are sad stories, while some are happy stories. Well, I hope that those sad stories are already on an end, while the happy stories have only just began.
