Climate Change

The temperature in the Philippines for the past few days seems to be unusual…
There has been a big increase of hits in one of my previous blog entries, “Global Warming: Global Problem“. At first, I thought some students have that topic as a research in school, and they found out my blog through a search engine. But until today, it has been consistently included in the top posts for my blog (in a daily basis). I came to think that maybe there are people like me who has been wondering about the sudden change in our climate…
We expect low temperature during Christmas seasons. I noticed in the past few years that the “cold season” that we should have been experiencing during Christmas season came in a little late – from December to January or February.
Yes… There are times when we really experience a cold climate. But I noticed that this year seems to be more than what I expected. Now, I don’t say “It’s cold”, but “It’s very cold”. I usually don’t wear jackets outdoors but I’ve been wearing my jacket outdoors for 4 consecutive days already. I’d rather ride a jeepney than an aircon bus. But I can still feel the cold breeze of air.
I do believe that this is one of the causes of “Global Warming”. Because of extreme heat, the polar ice caps are melting. This brings cold air to some parts of the world, and worse, since it’s melting, this can bring floods to land…
It’s not yet too late. We can still do something about this…
let’s pray for that
grabe na talaga global warming
sobrang lameeeeg!!!
Rowjie Said: Yah, ang ginaw ginaw!
i knew that the cause of annoying recent climate change in The Philippines is Global warming (and even here in Dubai….), yeah, Rowjie is right, its not too late yet… we know we can still do something but are we ready to change? most of us actually don’t know yet where to start (admit it people…) due to lacking of (moooore) knowledge about it..
Rowjie Said: Yeah, I hope we’ll become (more) aware of Global Warming

Rowjie Said: Same with me! Yan din ang napansin ko…
kung may climate change man i just hope and pray na positive yung pagbabagong iyon na makaka apekto sa ating bansa.
Rowjie Said: Okay lang Yhen. Hehe. Wow, nagtatrabaho ka pala sa PhilRice
i agree..and if the temperature doesn’t go up by the summer…tsk tsl..something’s definitely wrong…
grabe unpredictable kanina its kinda hot compare the other day
MORE POWER!!!
i just hope that what is happening is not the onset of climate change caused by global warming. but then again, the weather is unusual. pero ang sarap mo matulog at nakakatamad naman gumising sa umaga!
