Unexpected Packages

We are already used to watching contests on TV where the contestant has to choose a box and test his/her luck if the jackpot prize is there. The boxes are all in front of the contestant. He or she just need to choose the correct one. We will never know what’s inside there, until we open it.

This is similar to real life. We have to make decisions in our lives. But sometimes, we do not know which decision to make. But how can we know if our decision is right if we do not get into it?

I remember my first job. During the first few months, I nearly gave up because I really found my work really hard, especially that it was my first job. But if you ask me right now about my experience in my first job, I would say that I really miss the experience. The work is really tough. Our office environment is really not that good. But what makes me want to go back to those days is the company of the people there. See? I didn’t expect that I would love working there.

This is also similar to the opportunities that come into our lives. We do not know where our decisions will lead us until we are already in it. Sometimes, good opportunities come when we least expect it. But of course, if we see that it is a good opportunity, we don’t just have to grab it. We should also work hard for it.
