PS: I guess it’s common sense to dress appropriately for Mass. Some people are just plain stupid, and we have to accept that fact.

I don’t think there should be a dress code implemented. Especially not for the Catholic Church. The Catholic Church has been around for a VERY long time, and there was never an official dress code. Why should there be one now?

I think this issue is a matter of RESPECT. For others, for yourself, and for the church. It’s true that some girls wear obnoxious outfits to church and show off as much skin as they would if they were going clubbing and whatnot. But I guess that’s up to them. Maybe someone should just go up to them and say, “Hey, the next time you think about stepping into this place of worship… maybe you should think about putting some more clothes on.” lol.

isa ako dito, hehehe (not that it’s something to brag about)

since my issue right now is not about the clothes but something deeper and more important, that is not hearing mass at all. We hear mass every Sunday but we mostly do that since it’s part of our religious obligations but that’s just about it. We don’t give a damn if we do it for the truest essence of it. My two cents is how can we immerse ourselves in Him and have that spiritual fulfillment?

i’d go for the conservative look pa din. di naman kelangan pormatix para magsimba. a simple white shirt saka pants, okay na un. kasi nga naman kung suot ka ng pang-groovy tapos humahalimuyak ka sa bango – aba’y grand entrance na iyan, mai-insecure na si papa jesuz sa yo nyan.

I think a little respect is due, even right. I mean, why wear skimpy outfits when your purpose is to pray and worship our Lord. If you could afford those provocative clothes, I’m sure you can scrape up enough money for some pants and a shirt. That’s just common decency.

pero ung inimplement n dress code ay para din stin diba, for discipline purpose. lets face the reality, karamihan sa nagsisimba eh pumuporma lang. hehe. pero bahala na sa tao un. si Lord na bahala magconvict s knila. dba??
